Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Bullstrap packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed once inspected at our warehouse.
